  • 43% of orders measured would fit into an aperture 400 x 400 x 300mm (e.g. small toys, clothing)
  • 37.5% of orders would fit into an aperture 800 x 400 x 400mm (e.g. cot matresses, medium toys)
  • 19% of orders would fit into an aperture 800 x 500 x 500mm (e.g. oversized toys)
  • 20 locations are required for best fit to pick waves




  • Bottom row contains 8 locations to cover smaller items (43%)
  • Second & third rows make up 8 locations to cover medium items (37.5%)
  • Open top shelf covers 4 locations for oversized items (19%)
  • Ends made from mesh to aid visibility
  • Height of location ends increased to prevent accidental loss of skus in transit
  • Castors as per existing trolleys
